CRAB GRIP LIMITED values transparency and fairness when it comes to refunds and cancellations related to our products, rewards, and redemption services offered through our platform.
1. Rewards & Payouts (If applicable)
If your company offers a reward or incentive program (e.g., scanning product codes to earn points or payouts):
- Rewards or payouts issued (whether cash, points, or other benefits) are non-refundable and non-returnable once disbursed.
- These rewards are part of our engagement and rewards model and are not treated as traditional product returns.
- If you believe there is an error in a payout or reward credit, please contact our support team at info@crabgripscrew.com. We will review and aim to resolve such issues within 3–5 business days.
2. Cancellations for Redemptions
For redemptions made using your reward points or loyalty credits:
- If a user cancels a redemption request within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund of the points used will be credited back to the user’s account.
- No refunds or cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours or once the redeemed item has been dispatched or delivered.
- All redemptions are subject to verification and eligibility checks before refunding of points.
3. Product Purchases (If applicable)
Use this section if your company sells physical products directly.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be cancelled before the product is dispatched.
- If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, contact us immediately at info@crabgripscrew.com for cancellation and refund processing.
Cancellation After Shipment:
- If the order has already shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted; instead, you may return the product for a refund per our return policy (if applicable).
Refunds for Physical Products:
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping and delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

- Refunds are credited only to the original payment method used for purchase (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
- In the case of digital redemptions using points or credits, refunds are made only back into the relevant points/credit balance.
